We respect your privacy and will process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please contact us via email:

• The email address associated with your Xlamatic account
• A clear statement requesting deletion of your account and personal data

3. Verification Process

Before processing your request, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity to ensure that the request is legitimate and authorised. This may involve:

• Confirming your identity via the email address associated with your account
• Requesting additional information to verify your identity if necessary

4. What Happens After Your Request

Following successful verification, we will:

• Delete or anonymize your personal information from our systems
• Confirm to you once the deletion process is complete

We will process your request without undue delay and, in any event, within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically within 30 days).

5. Exceptions

6. Revoking Google Account Access

If you have connected your Google Calendar or used Google OAuth to log in, you may also revoke Google Account access independently:

• Find Xlamatic under "Third-party apps with account access"
• Click "Remove Access" to revoke permissions

Revoking Google Account access will not automatically delete data already stored on our platform. Please submit a deletion request to info@xlamaticsounds.fi for complete data removal.
