2. Bookings & Services

All studio bookings and services must be scheduled in advance. A booking is confirmed once payment is received or officially agreed upon.

3. Payments

All payments must be made in full before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Studio bookings and services require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will be fully charged
• No-shows will be fully charged
• All bookings are non-refundable unless canceled within the allowed time

Events are non-refundable unless canceled by Xlamaticsounds

5. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products (such as mixing, mastering, and other creative services), they are non-refundable once delivered.

If a customer is not satisfied with the result, we are open to reasonable revisions or discussion to reach a fair solution.

6. Delivery

Delivery times for services vary depending on the project. Estimated timelines will be communicated after purchase or booking confirmation.

Final delivery is considered completed once the agreed files or services have been provided.

All important updates, confirmations, and delivery details will be sent via email or agreed communication channels.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

8. Use of Services
